职位描述
1、全面主持综合店（销售、交付与售后部门）的日常工作，完成门店的销售、交付与售后经营目标；主导面试并招聘合适的候选人，帮助综合店实现经营目标； 2、领导门店完成销售目标，并负责综合店交付部门完成所在城市所有车辆交付工作的高效完成； 3、负责领导售后部门对于客户车辆问题的及时解决，并不断提高客户售后满意度。以及对于车主关系的后续维护； 4、控制门店费用，包括人员配备，门店用品、库存管理、服务费用等； 5、管理客户满意度，领导综合店为小鹏客户提供出色的服务； 6、培训和提升员工技能，坚定地执行公司标准； 7、在本地团队中尝试并促进日常工作流程效率改进，与同事和管理层分享成熟的最佳工作方法； 8、在与公司内外的人员沟通时，以专业和负责任的方式代表小鹏汽车； 9、其他职责：根据业务需要分配的其他相关职责。
职位要求
1、8年以上汽车销售行业工作经验，熟悉汽车销售营运工作流程; 2、5年以上管理岗位工作经历; 3、大专或以上学历，汽车行业相关专业; 4、具有较强的管理经验，能凝聚团队力量，共同努力完成经营目标; 5、富于热情，积极主动，有较强的口头表达、沟通能力，具有较强的市场开拓能力。
