职位描述
岗位职责： 1、参与新车型电子电器或嵌入式或OTA/自动驾驶/互联网软件集成测试阶段的问题管理，负责问题推进、风险识别和升级； 2、负责项目开发阶段电子电器或嵌入式或自动驾驶/互联网的质量管理，包括历史问题纠正预防、质量目标制定与跟踪、质量风险识别、系统及集成测试过程跟踪与管理、功能验收评审等； 3、软件质量的体系成熟度评审，牵头和推进软件质量提升的相关课题； 4、试制试验问题电器或智能领域推进解决，并能承担复合和疑难问题的牵头。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程或机械、电子、自动化相关专业； 2、具有质量管理的工作经验，熟悉质量管理的五大工具； 3、有较强的质量意识，具备一定的组织、协调和沟通能力，能够拉通相关专业资源； 4、3年以上电子电器或嵌入式或智能网联/自动驾驶领域质量管理的经验，熟悉整车开发控制流程； 5、熟悉电子电器或嵌入式或智能网联/自动驾驶领域的开发模式，了解功能的基本逻辑和原理，具备分析专业相关质量问题的能力。
