职位描述
1、协助工程师开展动力电池系统性能指标拆解、数据整理与分析工作； 2、参与动力电池系统技术方案调研、技术路线资料整理，协助输出方案文档； 3、参与动力电池系统各阶段技术评审，负责评审材料准备、问题记录、跟进闭环； 4、协助理解整车用户需求，完成需求梳理、基础技术转化，输出基础分析文档； 5、配合团队完成项目电池系统性能相关测试、数据统计、问题跟踪，支撑项目性能目标达成； 6、跟进电池系统性能相关试验、仿真工作，输出基础报告，完成日常技术文档归档。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械、车辆、电化学等相关专业； 2、0‑3 年新能源汽车动力电池模组 / 系统相关开发经验，有动力电池项目实习、项目参与经历均可，有量产项目参与经验优先； 3、了解新能源整车基础开发流程，熟悉动力电池总成产品开发基本流程； 4、具备基础的文档编写能力，良好沟通理解、跨部门协同能力，愿意学习电池系统性能相关技术； 5、工作严谨细致，具备问题意识，能够接受多项目并行下的工作节奏。
