职位描述
1、技术支持服务：为客户提供7*24小时的云服务技术支持，快速响应并解决客户在使用云服务过程中遇到的技术问题，建立和维护技术支持知识库，总结常见问题解决方案。 2、系统运维保障：监控客户云环境的运行状态，协助客户进行云资源配置和优化。 3、客户支持与培训：为客户提供云产品使用指导和最佳实践建议，开展客户技术培训和产品使用培训，编写技术文档和使用手册。
职位要求
1.、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，5年以上云计算技术支持或运维经验。 2、熟悉主流云平台（如阿里云、腾讯云、AWS、GCP等）的核心服务，有专业认证优先。 3、熟练掌握云服务器配置与管理、云存储服务、数据库服务、网络配置与安全、容器技术（Docker、Kubernetes），具备基本的Linux/Windows系统运维能力。 4、具备良好的问题分析和解决能力、书面和口头沟通技巧、时间管理能力，能够处理多任务工作。 5、具备高度的责任心和服务意识，能够承受工作压力，适应灵活的工作时间，拥有良好的团队协作精神。
