职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责电芯，pack，电池系统，电池主材（四大主材）正极，负极，电解液，铜箔，铝箔，石墨负极等产品供应商发掘、定点定价、合同签署及相关采购工作； 2、负责分管零部件潜在供应商清单的报批，及时向潜在供应商发放RFQ并收回报价，进行成本分析及行业对比，准备定点上会资料，按计划完成定点定价工作； 3、按照年度采购成本要求落实年度降本计划并达成目标，支持对供应商进行年度考核；运用构成件成本拆解分析、行业对比、VAVE等手段持续采购成本的控制和持续优化； 4、对外负责供应商关系的管理和维护；对内协调技术、质量、项目、财务、法务关系，确保采购业务顺利开展； 5、参与采购相关工作流程的编制和改进；开展零部件行业信息调查，做前瞻性规划。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车电子、机电一体化、自动化等专业； 2、熟悉掌握TS16949体系，熟悉车规产品的供应商管理制度要求； 3、熟悉分管零部件的产品性能、材料特性、规格参数、用途、产品性能及质量检验标准和要求；丰富的采购寻源工作经验，掌握零部件供应商行业上下游信息； 4、优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，精通谈判技巧，抗压能力强，能够适应团队协作。
