职位描述
岗位职责1、负责组织公司行政管理规章制度的拟定、修改、编写工作，并负责归档；2、负责公司文件的发放及合同档案管理3、负责公司办公用品、保洁用品、劳保用品的预算、统计、采购、保管和发放，建立发放签收台帐；4、公司办公环境、办公秩序的5S标准制定和检查；5、负责对外工商、行政、税务、城管消防、政府、安监等部门联络及接待工作；6、负责餐饮及员工后勤工作的安排和管理；7、负责公司建店相关各项工作进度的跟进；8、负责公司有关活动、会议等的安排、筹备工作；9、协助店总进行物业、保安、保洁的协调管理工作；10、负责对直营门店流程标准制定，培训和管理。
职位要求
任职资格1、本科及以上学历，1年以上行政相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可；2、有汽车销售行业行政管理、安全管理、对外关系事务相关经验优先；3、有较强工作能力和综合协调管理能力，能正确处理好各方面关系。4、电脑操作熟练，有较强的文字组织能力及沟通协调能力，亲和力强。
