职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 管理供应商，包括供应商资源开发、导入、认证、绩效管理、资源池优化等工作，优化供应商资源和质量，确保满足公司业务需求； 2. 负责针对品类问题，优化现有品类管理方式及供应商资源池； 3. 定期组织供应商绩效考评，运用科学的数据分析，从绩效和激励数据中发现问题，主导提升供应商绩效，并推动解决问题； 4. 通过行业对标等方式，对供应商绩效管理策略提出建议。参与部门制度、流程、指引等的发布及标准化建设。能提出对现有流程、业务的优化建议，参与流程制度优化工作方法和工具的设计； 5. 愿意尝试从组织驱动和个体成长驱动的角度，提出对现有流程的优化建议，推动组织持续改善，提升工作效率。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，具备5年以上采购及供应链工作经验优先，对采购品类及采购流程有较深的理解； 2. 恪守职业道德操守，为人正直、心态阳光、敬业、能承受较大的工作压力，原则性强； 3. 坦诚开放，沟通协作能力强，擅长跨团队沟通协作和资源整合； 4. 具备良好的数据统计与分析能力，熟练使用office、Excel各种办公软件。
