职位描述
主要职责： 1、设备点检保养标准制定； 2、设备备件清单梳理和申购； 3、 现场故障处理和再发生防止，并对维修人员提供工作指导及技术支持； 4、 熟悉机器人（ABB/KUKA其中一种）工作原理，能够进行程序逻辑框架定义、与PLC接口协议制定。 5、开展新设备方案、导入及现有设备的更新、改造工作； 6、制定设备年度、月度、长假等周期性检修计划，及大修技术方案、施工方案、推进计划和实施； 7、负责按公司标准制定TPM活动计划，按计划执行； 专项课题攻关工作，培训设备维修、设备操作人员；
职位要求
1、熟悉焊装设备维护，擅长西门子PLC应用、编程、故障诊断优化； 2、熟悉焊装机器人（ABB/KUKA其中一种）的原理及维护重点；具备焊装车间焊接设备、机运设备的原理、设计标准及维护管理知识； 3、负责焊装厂设备管理、维护，生产过程中设备技术问题的处理、制定纠正、预防措施，并参与重大质量事故解决； 4、负责焊装线体设备OEE提升，节拍优化，生产线持续改善、产能提升的推动；； 5、负责焊装车间节能、降耗、减排相关活动的推进； 6、积极完成上级安排的其他任务。
