职位描述
1、负责制定班组的工作计划并完成车间下达的各项指标； 2、负责组织班组工作正常运转，完成当班生产任务； 3、负责监管班组成员按照车间的工艺和作业指导书等操作规程进行工作； 4、负责监管班组工作成员按照车间质量控制流程进行生产，保证产品质量； 5、负责班组安全管理，建立班组成员的安全意识，组织班组成员及时关闭安全指摘问题，确保日常生产过程中各岗位的安全作业； 6、负责生产班组区域的现场5S执行和保持； 7、定期组织班组员工开展改善活动，不断改善现场作业； 8、组织开展班组的培训工作，不断提高班组成员的技能和素质； 9、严格执行公司规章制度，并确保各项制度在班组内得到落实； 10、组织做好生产中各种原始记录的统计与保管工作，确保准确性和可追溯性； 11、协助生产线科长完成车间安排的其它工作。 12、能够独立编写、修订班组内作业指导书及标准化作业文件，能够依据工艺文件持续优化班组作业指导书；
职位要求
任职要求： 1、3年以上整车冲压生产管理工作经验，具备冲压高速线生产管理经验，铝件生产经验优先 2、大专或同等以上学历 3、熟练应用办公室软件 4、具备现场班组管理经验 5、具备冲压设备的操作技能 6、具备外覆盖件的质量检查技能 7、具备外覆盖件的零件返修技能
