职位描述
1、负责对整车检查工艺管理，商品化检查/检测线/路试工艺编排及节拍优化，做好整车出厂检验、品质验证，持续优化出厂检测作业管理标准化； 2、负责整车下线作业文件的审核与管理，确保检查项目有效；统计分析并输出整车质量报告，推动问题解决，确保质量指标达成； 3、负责收集后端监察及售后反馈的问题，及时制定检查方案，并在工厂内实施围堵； 4、负责接收并改善ECR/ECN变更信息及实施管控管理闭环，与生产管理科协同，协调试装管理、初物管理和断点管理等工作，做好工程变更的归口管理； 5、作为质量PLM工艺审批接口，统筹各部门的评估意见，审批ECR/ECN流程，并对内宣贯落地，提高实施效率； 6、负责部门4M变更的管理及检查工作； 7、负责质量系统日常维护管理工作，包括但不限于合格证/一致性证书/环保清单等参数维护、使用和管理； 8、车型质量品熟策划、组织车型制造质量提升管理活动、车型质量问题管理、车型重难点课题解析及推进、车型质量目标达成管理；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上主机厂整车品质工作经验； 2.熟悉整车质量管理及报交点质量管控重点，熟悉整车性能指标； 3.了解汽车管理体系基本知识，如ISO9001或常用QC手法，具备质量体系审核经验优先; 4.具备较强的问题分析解决自闭环能力，具备报告撰写能力； 5.具备一定的英语能力，能够阅读和书写日常工作用英语资料； 6.能够熟练应用办公室软件及设计软件，机动车驾驶证，具备熟练驾驶经验
