职位描述
1、负责智能汽车4G/5G、GNSS、WIFI/BT等无线产品性能开发，聚焦自动驾驶、智慧座舱等核心功能的射频设计、仿真与验证，支撑人车路家无线智慧互联场景落地； 2、制定智能汽车整车无线射频测试方案，运用AI辅助仿真工具开展智慧天线设计智能预判，优化多天线协同工作算法，解决信号拥堵、切换延迟、导航定位等射频问题； 3、对接智能驾驶团队、智能座舱团队，协同推进跨域融合场景下无线射频性能优化，保障自动驾驶决策、OTA远程升级、智慧导航等功能良好体验； 4、跟踪国内外智能汽车无线射频法规标准，结合L4/L5级自动驾驶技术演进，迭代企业内部无线射频设计和测试规范
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信相关专业，5年以上射频相关经验，有海外整车项目开发经验者优化； 2、掌握射频测试的理论与方法，熟悉综测仪、频谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等射频仪表的使用； 3、熟悉一种或以上常用的仿真、分析工具：HFSS、CST、FEKO等，至少有过2个以上整车项目射频性能开发经验； 4、能够提出整车射频性能指标及优化方案，具备系统问题分析、解决能力； 5、责任心强，具有团队协作及创新精神，能承受一定的工作压力; 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
