职位描述
1、负责总装工厂的生产准备工作； 2、负责生产计划的实施、人员管理，组织员工完成生产任务； 3、负责指导并解决生产过程中出现的问题，保证生产经营工作的正常进行，确保公司生产计划的按时完成； 4、支持并配合公司技术部门相关工作，包括工厂建设、工艺体系建设维护及新产品开发导入等； 5、负责组织并配合生产过程审核、工艺纪律检查及跟踪确认； 6、负责总装精益生产体系的建设、执行，负责生产制造人员的团队建设管理，负责生产领域安全、成本、5S的统筹管理； 7、负责现场推进班组管理效率提升，生产人员的技能体系建设和人才梯队培养，包括工匠和班组管理者的培养； 8、负责制程品质保证体系的建设和执行；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械或汽车工程等相关专业； 2、具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够激励、管理生产团队，管理过100人以上生产团队，掌握人才培养和考核激励方法； 3、具有丰富的现场管理经验，能解决总装工厂生产现场品质、交付、体系审核等各类问题； 4、熟悉精益生产理念，具备不断改善、PDCA意识； 5、具备班组现场管理体系经验； 6、主流汽车主机厂10年以上工作经验优先。
