职位描述
岗位职责： 1、维持本班生产的正常运作，按时、按质、按量地完成生产任务，确保每天班组产量。 2、负责每天生产准备组织，合理调配班组的人力资源，提高生产效率。 3、负责处理本班出现的异常情况（如：质量、现场、生产、安全、成本、设备等），必要时联系相关人员进行协调及解决。 4、督促并落实执行工序自、互检的工作。保证产品的生产质量，发现质量问题及时汇报，协调解决，杜绝质量事故的发生。 5、负责本班组自工序完结活动的推进，降低班组不良流出率； 6、负责班组区域内5S及目视化内容维护管理 7、能够独立编写、修订班组内作业指导书及标准化作业文件，能够依据工艺文件持续优化班组作业指导书
职位要求
任职要求： 1、中专及以上学历； 2、主机厂相关工作经验5年以上，熟练使用常用办公软件，能完成文件的编制； 3、具有较强的团队管理和沟通协调能力； 4、有一定的问题分析、处理能力，对现场品质、安全、生产各类异常处置熟练； 5、熟悉精益生产理念，能熟练开展自工序完结活动； 6、精通涂装面漆所有工序的作业要素和质量要求； 7、熟悉前处理电泳设备，材料，以及各个工序的参数控制范围及调整方法； 7、具有强抗压能力，能适应较长工作时间。
