职位描述
岗位内容： 1、负责焊装车间产品质量的全面监控和管理工作，确保产品符合质量标准和客户要求； 2、制定和完善焊装车间的质量管理制度、检验标准和操作流程，并监督执行； 3、组织并实施对生产过程中的质量问题进行原因分析，制定纠正预防措施并跟踪改进效果； 4、负责对管辖班组内全体员工综合考评，包括员工技术水平、工作态度、工作业绩，细化人员考核制度与分配体系，通过激励，充分调动员工的工作积极性与创造性 5、负责后工序反馈问题在车间对策措施实施监察，确保对策落实有效； 6、负责三坐标测量、超声波检测、白车身拆解和DTS测量和计量工作按计划准时开展，并做好监控数据的审核和预警等工作； 7、支持新导入测量设备的安装调试和现场管理； 8、负责制定测量设备、测量工具、检具日常点检维护计划和夹具/装具标定校核计划，并监督按期执行。 9、能够独立编写、修订班组内作业指导书及标准化作业文件，能够依据工艺文件持续优化班组作业指导书
职位要求
岗位要求： 1、大专或以上学历，4年以上汽车行业焊装车间工作经验，2年以上人员管理经验，具备焊装品质班长经验优先 2、精通焊接工艺流程和质量控制要点，能熟练运用各种质量管理工具进行数据分析，优秀的问题分析与解决能力 3、熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系，具备扎实的质量管理和控制知识 4、熟练掌握操作三坐标、关节臂、蓝光扫描等测量设备和相关测量软件，以及拆解、超声波测量、手工测量等相关技能。 4、熟练使用常用的计算机办公软件：Word、PPT、Excel、Catia； 6、具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，执行力强，有吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神。
