职位描述
1.基地动力设备管理体系建立， 动力设备固定资产管理，生产性动力设备零星投资归口管理； 2.基地公共动力设备维保计划，公用动力设备运行保障工作，制定设备安全管理措施； 3.根据生产线规划或产能需求，进行能源动力新设备选型以及现有动力设备改造方案会审、预验收和终验收，并保证动力设备的完整性与可靠性； 4.制定能源动力设备的突发故障应急维修规则，并针对大故障和月度故障记录进行分析，制定预防措施，提升设备开动率指标； 5.动力设施维修技术管理及新材料、新技术、检测技术的推广和应用； 6.负责基地各区域能源数据采集、归类、分析工作，并对基地公共资源消耗情况的统计及成本管控。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上大型制造业企业暖通动力运维工作经验； 2.能独立完成暖通动力设备维修任务，知晓暖通动力设备原理，具备相关特种作业资格证书； 3.熟悉空压机、制冷机、干燥机等暖通设备的原理及维护； 4.良好的合作能力、执行力及责任心。
