职位描述
1.参与汽车制造领域质量管理系统(TQM)的全栈研发，负责前后端及数据库等模块的开发与持续优化； 2.与产品、测试及业务团队密切协作，参与产研测全流程，保障项目高质量交付； 3.深入理解业务场景，分析并解决研发及业务运行中的实际问题，持续优化系统能力和用户体验； 4.关注 AI Coding 下软件工程质量，持续提升代码质量、系统性能及研发效率； 5.积极拥抱 AI Coding 与 AI Agent 等新技术，探索 AI 在研发提效及质量管理场景中的创新应用。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，应届毕业生或1年以内工作经验； 2.技术要求:熟练掌握主流编程语言(如Java/]avaScript)，具备良好的编程习惯、API开发和业务逻辑实现能力，具备MySQL数据库设计、优化的基本技能，熟悉消息队列等常用中间件； 3.加分项:英语水平较佳者，有业务Agent落地经验，有需求分析、产品设计经验和能力优先。
