职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责本区域的安全监管职责； 2、负责根据“离线检查作业指导书”进行零件质量检查，负责报废件数量的统计并录入到MES系统； 3、负责零件的质量缺陷判断，如自己无法判断的，需立即上报班长； 4、负责发现质量问题且不能放行时，立即通知在线检查员确认在线状态，并做出相应处理； 5、负责离线检查的记录并做好整理及保存； 6、负责发生质量事故后配合事故调查； 7、负责离线检查工具的维护、更换、整理及保管； 8、负责本区域的现场5S的执行和保持； 9、负责本岗位新人的培训及培训效果的确认； 10、负责严格执行公司规章制度； 11、负责积极参与改善工作； 12、服从生产线班长、指导员安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、3年以上整车冲压生产质量检查工作经验 2、会使用基本应用办公室软件 3、具备外覆盖件的质量检查技能； 4、具备冲压件装箱技能"
