职位描述
工作职责描述： 1、负责现场电气设备的日常维护、保养工作； 2、负责自动线焊接、涂胶、铆接设备、NC、机器人及附属设备的电气类日常维护、保养工作； 3、负责机运设备、夹具转台、APC等电气类日常维护、保养工作； 4、现场故障的响应、初判，参与维修、备件领用及更换工作； 5、负责电气程序优化，节拍提升，节能降本专项课题攻关； 6、按时做好点检、保养的记录填写，并及时反馈异常； 7、负责现场故障处理后水平展开执行及指导OP手和新员工工作； 8、协助班长推动TPM及合理化改善执行； 9、配合设备改造、新设备导入等工作； 10、完成上级交给的其他工作； 任职资格： 1、具备一定的图纸阅读能力；（电气图&机械图） 2、具有一定电气故障解析能力；（报告/SOP/操作指导书编制能力） 3、低压电工，具有PLC操作、维护能力，具备《电工上岗操作证》； 4、具有（ABB）机器人操作、程序修改，日常维护保养及常见故障处理技能； 5、具备独立处理SCA涂胶机、自动弧焊、螺柱焊、SPR、激光焊、滚边等设备故障处理技能； 6、熟练使用工程软件及日常办公软件，有较强的思维逻辑能力和表达能力； 7、中专5年、大专3年同类工作经验以上主机厂同等工作经验，具有登高证、叉车证、焊工证优先；；"
