【职位描述】 1. 统筹厂内物流的数字化工作推进：负责根据当前的业务需求和痛点，制定整体数字化解决方案，推动IT部门开发实施及指导业务部门应用，确保物流数字化系统可以支撑业务目标的达成。涉及系统包含但不限于：物流拉动系统LES、仓库管理系统WMS、供应商管理系统SCM、运输管理系统TMS、企业管理系统（SAP）ERP、排产排程系统APS、物流设备控制系统WCS等； 2. 负责指导用户并分析复杂系统故障：负责指导系统数据维护，指导PDA端、PC端操作等，确保用户具备正确使用系统的能力；对现场反馈复杂故障，快速拉通IT部门定位问题并解决，避免因系统故障影响生产。 3. 负责物流IT设备的管理：根据业务和系统需求，对物流IT设备进行选型，并负责相关资产的管理，确保资产安全并避免闲置。 4. 负责推广AI应用：负责借助公司内部开发资源，策划AI物流应用方案并落地实施；学习公司0代码AI工具的使用方法，进行内部转训，培养部门的AI人才梯队。 【职位要求】 1、教育背景：本科及以上； 2、工作经验：三年及以上汽车主机厂物流数字化领域的工作经验； 3、专业技能：①熟悉主机厂全供应链流程体系流程；②熟悉数字化、自动化及智能化物流软件系统，对该类系统具有较高的认识，并实施落地过至少一个主机厂全供应链环节的信息化建设； 4、能力要求：逻辑清晰，沟通协调能力强、抗压能力、敬业负责、团队合作。
