职位描述
1、负责新能源三电零件（电池、电机、电控）及车载电源的研发质量问题管理、完成质量问题的按时有效关闭；具备软件开发/质量管理经验优先； 2、负责研发质量指标管理及弱项改进； 3、负责新项目质量三级计划的编制，评审，和实施效果管理； 4、负责根据产品开发流程开展阀门评审，风险识别及闭环管理，达成部门及公司过阀要求，持续优化管理流程； 5、负责组织市场、SQE、研发等维度的历史质量问题导入，开展设计规避排查 ； 6、负责监督项目按checklist组织产品数据评审的完整性，组织风险评估及闭环管理。
职位要求
1、本科及以上工作学历，车辆工厂、机械设计、电气自动化、电化学等专业； 2、1-2年新能源汽车三电相关工作经验，具备研发质量工作经历； 3、熟悉质量管理工具，如APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D等； 4、具有较强的抗压能力和协调沟通能力，较强的团队意识及责任感。
