职位描述
职能职责： 1、负责合理安排班组人员，协调分工，使工作有序进行； 2、负责组织相关部门处理生产异常问题，提升班组生产效率； 3、负责生产的安全作业管理，发现安全隐患及时汇报整改； 4、负责班组质量管理，推进质量问题优化，以及流出问题的响应处理； 5、负责班组内的5S及现场管理，提升员工属地化意识和执行力； 6、负责班组员工多技能率提升，开展作业观察和埋雷等计划提升现场作业一致性； 7、负责班组内合理化建议的汇总与提交； 8、积极完成上级安排的其他任务； 9、能够独立编写、修订班组内作业指导书及标准化作业文件，能够依据工艺文件持续优化班组作业指导书 任职要求： 1、具备焊装生产操作基本技能。 2、必须具备乘用车整车厂班组长岗位经验、具备丰富的管理能力。 3、具有强抗压能力，能适应较长工作时间 4、5年以上乘用车整车厂焊装车间生产工作经验，其中3年以上班长工作经验。 5、中专及以上学历，汽车、机械制造类相关专业 6、熟悉使用office办公软件
