1、为客户提供热情、专业的服务，主动洞察客户需求，清晰传递品牌价值与产品亮点，持续提升客户满意度与交付体验。 2、良好的沟通表达与倾听能力，能够积极与客户及团队协作，通过专业、真诚的沟通建立客户信任与品牌认可。 3、根据公司sop流程，做好订单跟进，顺利推进订单完成交付，并且保证满意度以及交付效率； 4、具备责任心与主人翁意识，面对问题能够主动跟进、积极推动解决，并持续提升岗位专业能力。 5、具备较强的销售意识与用户洞察能力，能够主动识别客户需求与消费偏好，灵活推荐精品及增值服务，提升客户体验与精品转化效果。
职位要求
1、大专及以上学历，1年以上汽车及高端服务行业相关背景优先 车辆交付全流程专业能力； 2、具备用户服务意识，亲和力；及时高效协助客户不同需求 3、对汽车有较高的热情及了解； 4、表达，沟通，学习能力强； 5、拥有良好的团队意识，成为可靠的团队成员； 6、持有驾照且无不良行驶记录。
