职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责整车DAB、FM、GNSS、V2X等射频性能调试及开发管理，提出设计方案及优化建议，提高产品射频的性能。 2、负责制定DAB、FM、GNSS、V2X等整车、零部件射频性能目标以及企业标准、试验大纲； 3、负责整车DAB、FM、GNSS、V2X等射频测试、整车仿真、问题定位、对策分析，以及整改和验证，组织整车射频改进方案评审。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信相关专业，5年以上射频相关经验，有海外整车项目开发经验者优化； 2、掌握射频测试的理论与方法，熟悉综测仪、频谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等射频仪表的使用； 3、熟悉一种或以上常用的仿真、分析工具：HFSS、CST、FEKO等，至少有过2个以上整车项目射频性能开发经验； 4、能够提出整车射频性能指标及优化方案，具备系统问题分析、解决能力； 5、责任心强，具有团队协作及创新精神，能承受一定的工作压力; 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
