职位要求
1.5年以上汽车售后备件全业务链运营经验（备件采购、备件仓储物流、备件销售），具有3年以上国际备件经验； 2.对备件仓储有从立项到落地全流程规划能力及实操经验，能够在业务发展不同阶段基于成本和效率制定对应业务方案； 3.对备件采购计划模型、定价策划、备件销售政策具备丰富行业知识；对备件运营成本有一定管控能力，基于业务现状能够在各业务版块提出成本优化方案，并落地实施； 5.对于售后备件线上化产品有设计和规划能力，基于业务发展，通过线上化的产品不断提升作业效率和业务能力； 6.大学本科及以上学历，汽车、物流、采购供应链等相关专业； 7.有良好的英语听说读写能力，以及跨文化沟通管理经验； 8.以客户为导向，有较强的沟通及团队合作能力。 9.Base 在广州，能够根据业务需要，派驻海外。
