职位描述
职责描述： 1. 负责车身系统标定工作，包括但不限于电动车窗、电动尾门、电动尾翼，座椅等； 2. 制定详细的标定方案和计划，确保标定按期完成，满足整车性能验收要求； 3. 依据标定方案，搭建标定测试台架和实车标定环境布置，开展台架和实车测试标定工作； 4. 与对手件部门保持良好的沟通，确保标定车辆和零部件状态满足标定要求，协同解决标定过程中的系统性问题； 5. 在车辆标定过程中，收集，处理和分析标定数据，完成相关标定报告的编制和整理工作，确保文档详细准确，符合规范； 6. 及时发现标定过程中出现的相关问题，并提出有效的解决方案； 7. 总结标定经验，推进软件算法和对手件设计优化，不断提升标定工作的效率和质量；
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，有5年或以上车身相关功能标定经验，有车窗、尾门，座椅系统标定经验者优先； 2. 电子信息类、车辆工程或相关领域，熟悉车身各系统基本工作原理，防夹算法原理； 3. 能快速完成标定环境搭建，高效高质量完成标定过程； 4. 熟练使用CANape，Canoe等工具； 5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和跨部门沟通协调能力； 6. 有良好的责任心和执行力，能够严格按照项目要求完成工作任务； 7. 身体健康，适应出差，有一定的抗压能力；
