职位描述
1.负责班组QCTSM各项目标达成，并制定相应的过程措施确保目标达成。 2..班组日常管理，负责班组承接目标的达成，班组的排班、考勤、绩效考核，组织班前会与工作交接等，确保检验任务按时完成。 3. 高质量编制各岗位检验作业指导书，并组织作业指导书培训、技能鉴定和作业观察，维持班组员工严格遵守标准作业。 4. 现场的异常处置，对检验中发现的质量问题，主导现场围堵、隔离和追溯，杜绝不良流出；对班组流出的问题进行5W2H分析，制定有效措施，进行再发防止。 5. 数据统计与报告，汇总每日/周/月检验数据，运用多维表格等生成质量报表，分析不良率、缺陷类型趋势，提出改善建议。 6. 人员培训与指导对新进检验员进行SOP、量具使用、质量标准培训，定期组织岗位技能考核与质量意识，安全意识宣贯。 7. 量具与现场管理管理检验量具（塞尺、面差表、水平仪等）的校准与台账，负责质检区域的5S、安全及检测设备日常点检。 8. 跨部门协作与生产、工艺、责任部门等部门对接，参与质量评审、新品试制验证等高效推进问题解决。 9.认真、高效完成上级组织交办的各项任务。
