职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责小鹏全国充电/储能/光伏工程项目的成本、变更和结算管理； 2.对接财务完成成本入账、发票核对、应付账款台账管理； 3.负责服务类和产品类供应商的寻源和招标管理； 4.组织对供应商开展常态化培训、履约监督和考核，做好供应商关系与风险管控； 5.与多部门沟通和协调，确保项目顺利实施； 6.上级安排的其他工作任务。
职位要求
任职要求： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、机电、电气、供应链管理等相关专业； 2.三年以上项目全周期成本管控经验，独立负责过多个项目结算与供应商集采； 3.熟练看懂施工图纸、工程量清单，精通计量计价规范，能独立完成算量、组价、成本测算； 4.熟悉工程合同、变更签证、竣工结算全套流程，懂索赔、反索赔风控； 5.掌握供应商开发、准入、考核、淘汰全流程体系搭建逻辑； 6.具备商务谈判、比价议价能力，有集采、框架协议签订实操经验； 7.能识别供应商履约、资金、质量风险，具备风险处置经验； 8.优秀的组织、沟通和表达能力，突出的团队合作精神；敢于跨部门、向上管理，积极主动推动业务； 9.工作抗压能力强，责任心强； 10.英文水平能满足日常工作需求，可简单沟通。
