职位描述
1、负责海外代工厂整车下线终检、功能检测、路试抽检、出厂复检全流程质量管控，严格执行品牌方整车出厂标准; 2、全面核查整车装配质量、电器功能、三电性能、密封、外观、底盘等整车状态，拦截下线不良、漏装、错装、功能异常车辆; 3、判定整车合格放行/返工返修/隔离冻结，把控整车出厂质量关口，杜绝不良车辆流入市场; 4、统计整车下线不良、返修、报废数据，分析终端质量短板，推动制程、来料、工艺联动整改; 5、规范代工厂整车终检作业流程，统一检验判定标准，保障海外代工整车出厂品质与国内原厂一致
职位要求
1、熟悉新能源整车完整检验标准与下线检测流程，精通整车常见故障与缺陷判定标准，了解汽车质量体系基础要求， 2、具备极强的细节把控能力、标准执行力、现场判定能力，责任心强、原则性强，可适配海外量产高峰期高强度质检工作， 3、能接受海外长期出差，具备独立履职与跨团队协调能力 加分项：英语能够作为日常工作语言，有新能源整车终检、出厂放行、海外整车质检经验优先。
