职位描述
【岗位职责】 1、负责承接中心战略目标，组织制定生管物流部中长期发展战略与规划，推进生管物流部经营目标的制定、分解、过程监控、分析及评价； 2、负责策划生管物流部管理评审及重大会议/经营活动策划、组织、实施； 3、负责生管物流部质量管理工作，制定中长期质量战略与规划、质量体系建设与维护、流程与文件优化、审核工作推进； 4、负责生管物流部业务质量管理，包括多项物流过程质量策划与管理、质量改进、变化点风险管控；负责部门HHSE体系管理、危险源辨识和评估、安全事故调查分析； 5、负责协同各相关单位开展零部件库存管控，定期物料盘点、呆滞处置等相关事项； 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，物流工程、工业工程、供应链管理、机械自动化等相关专业； 2、5年以上汽车主机厂运营规划经验； 3、精通汽车制造物流全流程，熟悉精益生产原则； 4、有较强的沟通协调能力及抗压能力。
