职位描述
1、统筹国内制造基地与海外代工厂双向质量信息归口管理，搭建内外基地质量联动机制，统一汇总、同步海内外质量异常信息、整改进度与风险台账，保障信息互通无偏差； 2、主导海内外跨基地质量问题横展落地与有效性确认，针对国内、海外共性质量缺陷，输出横展管控清单，核查各基地预防措施落地情况，杜绝同质问题异地重复发生； 3、专项负责国内制造基地流出质量问题的内部监察，溯源国内制程、来料、工艺导致的流出缺陷，核查内部管控漏洞、流程缺失及执行不到位问题； 4、联动海外驻场质量团队、国内生产、工艺、供应链团队，开展常态化质量对标、风险预警与体系优化，统筹内外基地质量一致性管控，持续压降内外质量异常与流出风险； 5、负责海外代工新项目前期质量管理，覆盖项目立项、项目对接、试生产、SOP爬坡、批量量产全流程，落地新项目质量策划方案与管控标准； 6、支持新项目试生产、首车试制、爬坡量产质量跟进，识别试制阶段设计缺陷、工艺漏洞、装配匹配问题，推动研发、工艺、代工厂联动整改。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料等相关专业； 2、6年以上主机厂整车过程质量、整车质量管理相关工作经验， 3、熟悉新能源汽车国内制造基地量产流程与海外代工管控模式，精通整车质星管控逻辑，了解IATF16949、ISO9001质量体系;具备极强的跨基地统等、问题溯原、闭环管控能力
