职位描述
1、作为海外驻场质量技术核心，负责整车疑难质量问题、重复不良、隐性制程缺陷的技术解析与根因定位; 2、运用8D、FMEA、鱼骨图等质量工具，针对整车装配、电器、三电、密封、漆面等各类质量问题开展深度复盘分析 3、输出专业问题分析报告、整改方案与预防机制，指导代工厂工艺、生产团队落地技术整改，完成问题闭环; 4、承接国内质量技术部技术标准、问题案例，本地化落地执行，同步海外典型质量问题，沉淀海外代工专属问题库与改善库。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料等相关专业； 2、6年以上主机厂整车过程质量、整车质量管理相关工作经验， 3、精通新能源整车结构与整车装配工艺，熟练使用五大质量工具、8D问题解法 4、具备极强的逻辑分析、技术攻坚、问题溯源能力，数据化思维突出 5、可独立解决复杂质量技术问题，适配海外驻场独立办公、跨部门协同场景 加分项：英语能够作为日常工作语言，具备整车质量失效分析、SOP爬坡技术攻坚经验优先。
