职位描述
负责执行项目开发阶段的质量策划落地，制定质量目标，并推荐质量目标的达成； 主导IRA-DFMEA-产品特殊特性到供应商工业化落地全流程质量管理及历史问题check list,有效识别并推动设计风险改善闭环； 负责新项目开发各阶段质量阀门评审，识别阶段质量风险，把控项目开发质量； 主导建立研发质量看板，有效量化跟踪各项目研发质量的风险，定期输出数据报告，通过数据驱动方法优化质量和运营流程。
职位要求
任职资格： 学历与经验：本科以上学历，机械/电子/汽车类专业，5年以上汽车行业研发质量经验； 专业能力:熟悉产品研发质量管理和汽车项目开发流程，精通质量策划，质量工具（IRA,DFMEA,特殊特性，PFMEA、SPC等），熟悉ISO9001等质量体系； 软性能力：具备良好的沟通协调能力，能联动项目、研发、供应链团队高效解决质量问题； 结果导向：以目标为导向，具备较强的抗压能力。
