职位描述
负责产品拆装及故障解析，支持研发及投产团队，通过精准的拆解和技术分析，协助提升产品质量及优化设计。 1.产品拆装：根据要求对新能源汽车的内外饰、动力总成、电气部件等进行规范化拆装操作； 2. 故障分析：对拆解的零部件进行结构、功能、材料等方面的深入解析，提供技术支持； 3. 数据记录：详实记录拆解过程中的问题，形成分析报告并提出优化建议； 4. 工具管理：负责相关拆解工具、设备的日常维护和管理； 5. 技术支持：协助研发团队进行样车验证、故障排查及改进验证； 6. 标准制定：参与拆装流程、操作规范和解析标准的制定； 7. 跨部门协作：与各责任部门紧密合作，提供临时对策并监控临时对策实施情况
职位要求
1.熟悉车辆结构及部件功能，具备拆解与组装技能； 2.能独立完成拆解任务并分析问题，撰写专业报告； 3.熟悉常用测量工具（间隙尺，面差尺，塞规等）； 4.熟悉GD&T知识及便携式三坐标操作方式优先； 工作经验：3-5年以上汽车拆装及技术解析经验，熟悉新能源汽车者优先； 个人能力：具备较强的动手能力、分析能力和团队协作能力； 其他要求：能够接受加班及出差需求，具备良好的职业道德和责任心。
