职位描述
作为整车软件项目管理工程师/专家，深度参与全生命周期的软件开发管理工作。负责从功能需求锁定闭环、软件开发、集成测试到OTA发布的全链路项目管控，多部门高效协同，确保软件交付质量、进度和成本目标达成。 核心职责 1. 软件开发项目管控 制定和跟踪在研车型软件开发计划（VP→SR→SOP全版本周期） 组织功能清单锁定评审，管控功能变更影响 监控版本发布按期率、功能达成率、问题关闭率，异常预警等 2. 跨部门协同 拉通功能架构、嵌入式、座舱/智驾、测试中心等软件开发协同 推动整车集成阶段软件问题闭环解决 负责OTA与在研项目节奏对齐 3. 流程体系建设 参与软件管理流程建设（发布评审机制、变更管理、加塞/延期/下车管理等） 与关联部门共创流程共识并推动落地 4. 数据与工具 建设软件管理看板，为决策提供数据支撑 探索AI工具在软件管理场景的应用
职位要求
1、本科及以上，车辆工程/计算机/软件/电子相关专业 2、3年以上汽车软件项目开发/管理经验 3、了解整车E/E架构，理解嵌入式/座舱/智驾中至少一个领域的开发流程 4、熟悉整车开发阀门体系，具备版本管理、需求管理、变更管理实操经验 5、能推动跨部门问题解决，逻辑清晰、敢催、敢升级、能闭环 岗位亮点 1、整车软件全链路视野：横跨需求→开发→集成→OTA 全链路，对接功能架构、嵌入式、座舱 / 智驾、测试等核心研发域 2、广阔的发展空间与平台：管理与技术双通道发展，从单一项目到平台管理，再到领域专家；从单一领域专家到项目总监；从专业专家到复合型管理人才，多通道发展路径，并融合AI平台工具协同，提供广阔发展平台 3、团队氛围：平等尊重、包容开放的交流氛围，让你充分发挥个人才干，期待你的加入
