职位描述
1、参与新车型研发阶段的造型面、总布置及零部件数据校核，从售后维修便利性、安全性角度输出专业评审需求及后期验证报告，从源头降低维修难度和工时成本； 2、负责整车售后可维修性分析与验证，推动研发团队优化产品设计，确保维修方案高效可行； 3、负责售后维修专用工具的规划、设计评审、开发验证及后期维护。确保专用工具的开发进度与整车项目同步，并编制对应的工具使用手册及操作培训视频； 4、有效进行专用、通过工具的识别以及专用工具标准化流程管理，提升售后维修效率，降低经销商技术投入成本； 5、及时识别业务相关风险和应对风险，组织评审和会签，确保专用工具、维修性交付物保质、按期交付； 6、处理市场，专业反馈专用工具及维修性相关联问题。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、汽车服务工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备3-5年以上新能源汽车主机厂服务工程/售后技术相关经验，有新势力品牌完整项目经历者优先； 3、熟悉新能源汽车（三电系统、智能座舱、自动驾驶）结构原理及整车开发流程； 4、具备扎实的车辆故障诊断能力，熟悉CAN/CAN FD/LIN/DOIP等车载网络通信协议； 5、熟练使用三维软件进行数据查看与分析，具备较强的原理图识读能力； 6、能够主动挖掘产品设计中的可维修性痛点，并积极联动研发、质量等部门推动问题解决。具备出色的跨部门沟通协调与问题解决能力。
