职位要求
任职要求 1. 计算机、自动化、电子、机器人等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3 年及以上客户端、端侧或嵌入式软件开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握 C++、Python、Rust、Go 中至少一门语言，具备扎实的多线程、异步 IO、网络通信和文件系统基础。 3. 熟悉 Linux 开发与调试环境，能够使用常见性能分析、日志诊断和问题定位工具。 4. 理解多源数据时间同步、缓冲队列、文件封装、传输校验和异常恢复等关键工程问题。 5. 具备良好的架构设计、代码质量和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动复杂模块落地。 6. 能够熟练使用 AI Coding Agent 等 Vibe Coding 工具提升方案设计、编码、测试和问题定位效率，并具备审查生成代码、补齐测试及验证边界条件的能力。 加分项 1. 有机器人、自动驾驶、智能硬件或边缘计算设备的数据采集与回传经验。 2. 熟悉 ROS/ROS2、DDS、gRPC、WebSocket 或常见设备通信协议。 3. 有音视频编解码、点云处理、设备抽象层或跨平台桌面客户端开发经验。
