职位要求
任职要求 1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3 年及以上前端、后端或全栈开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握 React、Vue 等主流前端框架，具备 TypeScript/JavaScript 工程实践和复杂交互开发能力。 3. 熟练掌握 Go、Java、Python、Node.js 中至少一门后端语言，熟悉 RESTful API、数据库设计、缓存和消息队列等常用技术。 4. 具备良好的系统设计、代码质量和问题排查能力，熟悉 Linux、Git、容器化部署及常见监控工具。 5. 具备较强的业务理解、沟通协作和自主推进能力，能独立承担模块从设计到上线的完整交付。 6. 熟练使用 AI Coding Agent 等 Vibe Coding 工具辅助需求澄清、方案设计、编码、测试和调试，能够审查、验证并重构生成代码，保障交付质量与安全性。 加分项 1. 有数据密集型系统、B 端中后台、任务调度、数据检索或可视化分析工具开发经验。 2. 熟悉 WebGL、Canvas、图表库或大规模数据渲染与性能优化。 3. 具备云原生、微服务或全链路可观测性实践经验。 4. 有 AI Agent、RAG、工具调用、工作流编排、智能问答或代码智能体等相关能力的实际落地经验。
