职位描述
1、结合财务产品的整体规划，夯实专业财务产品能力建设，深入了解专业财务运营逻辑，构建适配专业财务能力成长的财务产品并不断推进财务产品信息化能力升级，履行财务产品运营职责。 2、有序财务需求管理，清晰规划并输出财务产品建设路径和解决方案，规范信息化需求管理、文档管理、研发过程管理和交付上线管理，夯实质量过程管控。 3、专业财务域的流程拉通和优化推进，明确对接专业财务的常规工作内容，梳理整合核心控制点，咬合并合理规划设计适配的财务产品，实现财务业务和财务产品的深度融合。 4、探索AI应用，结合组织/个人skill-hub分别跟进搭建实用技巧能力，补充业财信息化和财务产品能力升级后，剩余的敞口优化方案。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上财务产品设计或业财信息化建设经验，熟悉专业财务（核算、税务、资金等）运营逻辑，有四大咨询经验优先。 2、具备产品规划与需求管理能力，能独立输出产品建设路径、解决方案，并规范研发全流程质量管控。 3、擅长业财流程拉通与产品落地，能推动财务业务与系统的深度融合，具备良好的跨部门协同与项目推进能力。 4、对AI技术应用有敏锐洞察，能结合业务场景探索智能化替代方案，有财务数字化产品升级实操经验者优先。
