职位描述
1、负责智能驾驶系统的架构设计工作（硬件及接口设计方向）； 2、 梳理智能驾驶系统需求，分解到关联子系统需求，完成系统方案设计，包括计算平台、传感器平台、通信网络、电气架构等； 3、主导系统级方案的硬件选型、集成验证与导入，确保智能驾驶系统在各工况场景下的高可用性与稳定性； 4、编写架构设计文档，建立可评审、可追溯的标准化文档管理体系； 5、 负责相关行业标准与法规的解读与认证工作，确保方案满足准入要求。
职位要求
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，自动化、、电子信息、计算机、车辆工程等相关专业； 2、工作经验：5 年以上特定领域系统架构或集成设计经验，有完整的智能驾驶项目从方案到交付经历； 3、行业资源：熟悉指定行业智能驾驶生态，具备计算单元、感知单元（雷达、超声波、摄像头等）、导航设备等领域的供应链资源及技术积累； 4、法规理解：熟悉指定行业相关的法规要求及分级框架，理解特定场景下入级标准与合规要求； 5、通信协议：熟悉通信网络（NMEA 系列、以太网、CAN 等），有复杂网络拓扑设计经验； 6、文档能力：优秀的技术文档撰写能力，能输出结构清晰、可评审的架构方案书； 7、沟通协调能力：良好的跨团队沟通能力，能在多专业协作中推动技术方案达成一致。 加分项 1、有USV/UUV系统架构设计或集成经验； 2、 有汽车智能驾驶（L2+/L3/L4）从业经历，具备相关研发或架构经验。
