职位描述
1.负责部门项目工作物理集成总接口，牵头负责整车布置集成开发。协调项目及跨部门资源，统筹主导架构/布置/造型工程/人机方案/重点零件通用化方案的分析及汇报。 2.负责项目整车布置集成二级计划编制，统筹开发节奏，诊断二级计划合理性。 3.统筹负责项目中布置集成全流程开发工作，负责布置集成领域的目标定义、目标验证和目标验收。 4.负责布置方案集成，牵头工程方案全面性评估，推动布置问题解决。 5.负责布置集成项目阀点交付物的准备与提交，对阀点交付物质量负责。 6.负责布置集成项目组团队的任务安排、外协管理、资源协调，方案评估、进度统筹等工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、力学等相关专业； 2.熟悉整车架构开发或布置集成开发，至少相关岗位8年以上工作经验； 3.整车开发专业能力扎实，具备布置集成能力，有团队管理经验优先。 4.具体良好的专业素养与跨部门沟通协作能力，具备向上管理能力，学习和反应能力强； 5.熟悉汽车构造与原理、熟悉整车开发流程、熟悉CATIA等常用开发软件，具备至少2个完整车型项目开发经验。
