职位描述
【岗位职责】 1、系统运维保障：负责立体库调度系统日常运维，接收系统故障告警，按照时效要求跟进处置各类系统配置、服务器、数据库相关故障，保障系统7×24小时稳定运转；学习故障响应流程，做到告警及时响应、问题跟进闭环； 2、设备深度维保及技术支持：参与立体库设备深度保养工作，包含核心部件性能检查、润滑维护、线缆检测等；协同团队处理现场各类疑难异常，联动研发定位问题，跟进问题整改闭环； 3、系统优化与数据安全：协助监控调度、通信等系统核心运行指标，配合完成软件版本迭代、参数配置调整，参与制定版本回滚预案；执行核心数据备份，做好数据同步、安全防护及账号权限管理相关工作； 4、项目与需求落地：参与新车型导入、产线升级、工位点位优化等项目工作；收集梳理现场业务需求，协助输出需求文档，跟进功能优化落地； 5、流程建设与团队赋能：协助编写运维操作SOP、设备保养计划；整理基础操作、运维维修类培训课件，配合开展一线人员培训，完善运维作业流程与能力体系。 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、软件工程、机电一体化等相关专业，接受优秀应届生； 2、了解Linux/Windows服务器基础运维，熟悉MySQL数据库基础操作，会Python、C#任意一种编程语言优先；愿意学习立体库调度系统、项目实施、地图优化、新项目导入相关工作； 3、具备较强问题分析能力，能够学习排查定位系统故障；善于跨部门沟通，可以和研发、现场业务同事协同推进工作； 4、工作责任心强，能接受轮班，有良好学习能力，愿意扎根现场，服从工作安排。
