职位描述
职责描述： 1. 负责公司车型项目整体动态需求规划，明确各平台动态相关性能目标前期规划和概念设计；统筹、规划整车动态性能评价流程，优化评价方法和标准； 2. 负责将基于车型产品的定义需求，洞察并收敛用户动态体验需求，制定动态体验PRD并确保需求向下传递落地，跟踪产品开发及全链路验收交付； 3. 支持动态产品体验功能类开发工作，并确保在项目推进落地； 4. 支持产品营销上市活动，基于动态体验开发目标，策划并执行动态体验GTM，赋能产品营销； 5. 通过用户使用场景、客诉、真实用户调研等持续优化动态体验体系场景库，提炼形成用户需求库； 6. 面向客户，为客户体验相关整车零部件的平台化负责，全面推动零部件在各车型系列中的平台化，在确保竞争力的情况下为公司打造整车产品货架和精简SKU，从产研源头上提高全链条效率、降低成本、增加整车盈利面积； 7. 搭建平台化产品的运营体系，制定体验类产品平台化的范围、路径、节奏、模板等，协同车型、造型、技术、采购等多中心，推动平台化的全面落地；
