职位描述： 岗位职责主要是负责本部门自研产品的产线测试开发和量产维护各种支持与协助的工作，具体工作有：1，NPI试产试制阶段的测试支持和问题解决支持；2，软件验证软硬件环境搭建和问题分析排查的支持；3，产线测试设备开发调试支持(包括现场跟进和协助/设备联调协助/设备交付和验收协助等)；4，量产测试维护和阻塞测试问题的解决支持(包括远程和现场)；5，量产不良分析的技术支持；6，售后市场不良测试分析支持。 要求： 1，至少3年以上消费电子/汽车电子产品测试(设备)开发和维护的经验，汽车电子行业优先； 2，熟悉和掌握常见软件工具的使用(CAN/LIN、串口、以太网等通信调试工具软件、Office办公软件等)； 3，熟悉和掌握常用仪器仪表和硬件工具的使用(电源、CAN/LIN卡、以太网转换卡、万用表、示波器、音频分析仪等)； 4，熟悉简单的操作系统命令行基本操作指令，了解编程方面的基本知识； 5，熟悉和能简单看懂电子产品原理图以及电气接线图(含测试设备/夹具等)； 6，能适应出差工作，合作沟通能力强，积极主动性强，能适应强度比较大的压力，抗压能力强； 7，具备一定的英语技术文档阅读能力； 8，能独立编写和输出测试分析和总结的相关文档能力； 9，学习能力强，能快速学习和掌握新知识、新工具的使用、新方法的应用等； 10，有汽车电子产品产线非标测试设备开发或维护经验优先，能独立分析和排查产线测试问题并快速支持解决； 熟悉汽车电子类或消费电子类产品的生产工艺流程；
