职位描述
1、负责自研大算力自动驾驶推理芯片的实时中间件开发与优化，确保系统在高并发、低延迟场景下的稳定运行； 2、参与中间件架构设计，包括消息队列、任务调度、线程/进程管理、资源分配等核心模块的开发与调试； 3、与算法团队协作，将训练完成的模型高效部署到中间件中，实现模型的实时推理与响应； 4、负责中间件的性能调优，包括吞吐量、响应时间、资源利用率等关键指标的优化； 5、参与中间件的测试与验证，编写自动化测试脚本，确保系统在不同硬件平台上的兼容性与稳定性； 6、跟踪行业最新技术动态，探索中间件在边缘计算、分布式系统等场景下的应用潜力。
职位要求
岗位要求： 1、精通C/C++编程语言，熟悉Linux系统开发与调试； 2、熟悉多线程/多进程调度与通信机制，具备良好的并发编程能力； 3、熟悉主流中间件框架（如ROS、Cyber、DDS等），有相关开发经验者优先； 4、熟悉消息队列系统（如ZeroMQ、RabbitMQ、Kafka等），具备消息传递与同步机制的实现能力； 5、熟悉自动驾驶系统架构，了解感知、决策、控制等模块的交互逻辑； 6、具备良好的算法基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法，有模型部署经验者优先。 掌握经验优先 有自动驾驶中间件开发经验，熟悉自动驾驶系统整体架构； 有分布式系统开发经验，熟悉高并发、低延迟场景下的系统设计； 有模型推理与部署经验，熟悉TensorRT、ONNX等推理框架； 有ROS或CARLA等仿真平台开发经验者优先。
