职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 负责内外灯/开关/钥匙等领域PRD（产品需求文档）评估、拆解，输出ERD（工程需求文档）； 2. 负责ERD工程需求的全生命周期管理，包括创建、维护、分发及线上承接，保证所管辖Feature功能完整性及车型适用性打点； 3. 组织上下游部门开展ERD需求澄清评审，拉通理解并输出评审纪要； 4. 参与零部件方案ERD校核及SOR、ECR审批，参与PRD变更审批，按PCR（PRD变更需求）发起ERD变更并传递下游； 5. 负责ERD主观评价验收，支持PRD验收及本领域验收问题整改； 6. 跟踪领域技术趋势、竞品分析和新功能预研评估。
职位要求
职位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车电子、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业，5年以上汽车电子/车身电器/智能座舱领域经验，至少2个完整车型项目经历； 2. 熟悉整车开发流程及内外灯/开关/钥匙等系统功能原理、电器架构和技术方案； 3. 熟悉LIN/CAN等通讯原理，了解零部件开发流程和验证方法； 4. 具备需求分析和文档编写能力，能独立完成ERD编制和评审组织； 5. 具备跨部门沟通协调能力，熟练办公软件，具备项目管理和风险识别能力； 6. 具备AI意识，熟练使用AI工具者优先。
