职位描述
按照导演、动画总监等的要求，进行TV级以上电影级别角色动作、表情的设计制作，并且有能力带领组员完成以上任务。
职位要求
1、三年以上工作经验，热爱艺术创作及动画事业，有志于从事影视动画行业，具有良好的艺术修养及美术基础。 2、有带领团队制作高级别动画经验者优先。 3、拥有很好的动作观察能力、表演能力，熟练掌握运动规律、节奏感强，有较强表演能力优先。 4、有运动镜头制作经验，并对动作打斗镜头有经验者优先。 5、了解Maya绑定知识，并能对角色绑定提建议者优先。 6、有较好抗压能力，对动画充满激情，有较强的学习能力，沟通能力和领悟能力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
