职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责数据标准管理、数据架构管理、元数据管理、数据质量管理、数据生命周期管理等领域的规划与设计； 2、负责数据治理架构、制度、流程的设计；包含数据治理内容结合业务流程的建设规划、制度建设、应用推广等工作; 3、数据质量、数据资产等数据平台的规划、建设与运营，以及相关管理规则制定； 4、关注与理解数据安全相关法律及监管要求，推动数据安全管理相关活动落实； 5、设计和实现ETL数据开发，处理海量数据的离线与实时计算任务，支持业务数据分析需求。
职位要求
1、统招本科以上学历，计算机、统计学、信息管理等相关专业，大学英语四级以上水平; 2、熟悉数据治理（数据管理）的理论知识，例如DAMA、DCMM、数据资产管理白皮书等; 3、对数据架构和数据现状有深刻理解和认识，在数据领域（包括但不限于数据治理、数据质量管理、数据标准管理、数据建模、主数据管理、数据仓库等）相关工作经验5年以上； 4、有主导数据管理体系流程规划及落地经验； 5、有数据管理平台规划与实施经验； 6、具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的学习能力和团队合作精神，追求价值实现。
