职位要求
职位要求 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、数学等相关专业； - 熟知相机、毫米波雷达、激光雷达、超声波雷达等各传感器的优缺点，并能灵活应用各传感器的优势进行融合，对不同传感器观测之间的时空同步具有非常深刻的理解并熟练使用； - 熟悉自动驾驶系统架构，熟悉行业内常用的多传感器融合方法，熟知融合边界与上下游边界，并有一定的量产落地工作经验； - 扎实的数学基础，熟练掌握常用的融合方法，例如卡尔曼滤波、贝叶斯估计、匈牙利匹、滑窗图优化等，并能在项目中灵活应用； - 熟悉C++、Python、Linux，具有扎实的工程实现能力； - 具有较强的学习、沟通、发现问题和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神； - 不甘于平庸，对不确定性能够保持乐观心态，强烈的学习欲望和好奇心，皮实坚强，能够主动拥抱变化
