1、负责全系产品，全生命周期，端到端的储物和场景开发工作； 2、储物属性开发:挖掘座舱和后备箱储物的关键场景和用户需求，定义储物体验产品策略(包括配置、布局、容量等)。协同造型和工程团队，落实座舱和后备箱产品设计，并在产品开发全周期，持续评估、改进和验收，确保最终交付的视野状态，满足设定目标； 3、场景定义与开发： 1）深入研究市场与用户需求，结合行业趋势，明确用户体验方向； 2）提出各车型的用户体验主张、策略及定义方案，打造差异化优势； 3）规划用户体验测试，设计合理场景与流程，筛选目标用户测试群体； 4）收集并分析用户反馈，及时调整车型设计与功能，确保场景体验满足设定目标。
任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业； 2、从事人机集成开发工作1年以上，沟通协调能力强，具备较强的问题管理、推动和资源协调能力； 3、熟悉汽车多领域知识，掌握竞争力评估与用户体验设计方法。 4、洞察分析精准，敏锐捕捉行业与用户需求变化，用数据分析辅助决策。 5、客户思维强烈，始终以满足客户需求为导向。 6、善于团队管理和资源协调，跨部门及用户沟通顺畅。 7、创新学习积极，能突破传统思维，提出创新方案，持续学习新知识； 8、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
