职位介绍 岗位职责: 1、负责电动助力转向(EPS)与线控转向(SBW)系统的需求分析、方案设计、系统架构开发及功能定义； 2、负责撰写转向系统需求规范、技术文档及测试用例，确保系统需求的可追溯性与完整性； 3、支持转向系统软硬件集成、功能调试与性能验证，协助解决开发过程中的技术问题； 4、参与转向系统台架测试、实车标定与道路测试，对转向手感、系统可靠性等进行优化； 5、协同底盘、电子、软件等团队,推动转向系统在整车层面的集成与匹配； 6、针对转向相关质量问题，进行根本原因分析，提供解决方案并跟踪闭环。 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业； 2、具备3年以上汽车转向系统开发经验,熟悉EPS或SBW系统工作原理及开发流程； 3、熟悉转向系统相关标准(如ISO 26262、ASPICE)，具备系统需求撰写与管理的实际经验； 4、掌握常用建模与仿真工具(如MATLAB/Simulink)，具备一定的软硬件调试能力； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够适应跨部门协作; 6、有较强的分析问题和解决问题能力，能承担一定的项目压力。
